The internet is full of offers for replacement batteries, many of greater capacity than the original, but sad experience has taught me that they seldom live up to their promise. These batteries, I bought two, at a much reduced price, have proved the exception. After the first couple of cycles, which were poor ( as you would expect on brand new ni-mh cells), they now last considerably longer than the Canon originals. They fit the camera perfectly and charge in the Canon charger. They are a credit to the Duracell name.
