The battery is what you would expect from Duracell. Good quality and an exact replacement for the HP version. I'm an electrician and watched a few YouTube videos on installing it to be sure of what I was doing. I had no problems, but would strongly recommend that if you don't have all the right tools, that you get someone to do it who has. You can do a lot of damage if you get it wrong. I followed the Duracell instructions on how to charge and condition the battery for the first few charges and it works really well. We've had it installed a month now and up to now it is just as good as when the laptop was new. There were a few other battery's available that were cheaper or similar price, but the Duracell name and guarantee made it feel like the right way to go, and I'm happy that we did.
