Do not buy!! I knew this wasn't a Dell product but assumed that Duracell was trustworthy enough to sell a suitable part. I was mistaken. My laptop did not recognise the battery so it was unable to charge and the battery indicator continuously flashed orange. I had the same problem with a replacement which actually wouldn't even stay on once unplugged. I have a genuine Dell battery now and it works perfectly so the issue is definitely this product. Shocked that Duracell are selling a battery that doesn't even work for the laptop it's advertised for!
