Another advantage is that by buying from us, you are buying direct from the source, since we manufacture many of the products ourselves under license for Duracell.

• Prices on the product pages are shown in Pounds Sterling including delivery costs and value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
• Where displayed, other currencies are only a guide.
• To see a breakdown of what your order will cost, click on the 'buy now' button on the product page to add the item to your order. This will take you to Your Order where you can see the details before you choose whether to purchase your order.
• We accept most credit card/debit cards for purchasing orders as well as cheques, money orders and bank transfers.
• Cheques should be made payable to 'DuracellDirect', and posted to the address below:

• If you choose to pay by cheque, your order will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared, which may take up to 5 days from when we receive it. Orders paid for by Credit/Debit cards are usually despatched the same day.

• BACS & Wire payments can take up to 4 days.
• We will not debit your Credit/Debit card until your items are ready for dispatch. Should there be any problems with your card then our Accounts Department will contact you.
• We will charge your card for each item as it is dispatched if your order is part-shipped.
