Battery is very good and lasts a long time

Replacement battery for Dell XPS13 now installed ... I used a toolkit from https://store.ifixit.co.uk/, without which I would have been stuck. The battery is working well

Battery arrived in perfect condition with helpful instructions to maximise battery life. Very, very easy to install. It has given my laptop a whole new lease of life so I am a very satisfied customer.

Battery fitted perfectly in the original securing points. It took only a short time to fit. The instruction paperwork to initially condition the battery was helpful and went without any problem

Very satisfying to find a service part from a trustworthy brand that is exactly what it should be and at a competetive price. This battery pack installed easily with all mounting points and cables correct. The guidance notes gave clear instructions for initial conditioning of battery to learn limits of charge and discharge. PC battery power now restored to new condition. I have been disappointed previously with unbranded batteries. I'm an engineer and very pleased with this product from Duracel.

Perfect fit and seems to hold charge well, appears to be just like the original battery. Great to breathe life back into a 6 year old machine which is otherwise working fine for the purpose we use it for.

Perfect battery replacment for the Dell XPS 13.

Arrived quickly and packed well - it was an easy swop for my 4 year old Dell XPS battery and my trusty laptop is up and running without any problems, and I'm back to a 3 hour battery life again! If this replacement gives me another 4 years I'll be very impressed. Good choice.

good fitment, worked well out of the box

Very disappointed with the quality of the battery.Fully charged battery only lasted 3h on watching films and nothing else. I wasn't even using laptop's speakers as it was connected to the external. Should've just ordered directly from China for twice smaller price and I know for sure it would've had the same performance if not better.

Terrible battery. 2 hours life when new compared to the original Dell 7 hours when new.
