Still early days yet, but this battery was bought for my daughter's laptop so that she had her own laptop to use in school during the COVID pandemic. Battery arrived promptly and well packaged. I used the suggested method (as per enclosed leaflet) for running the battery in. Battery holds good charge and lasts significantly longer than original item. Like I said, it's still early yet but I have every confidence that this Duracell battery will serve her well during her A Level studies. ;-)
