Great communication from Duracell Direct, however I received two of these batteries and neither would charge beyond 95%, meaning I had to have a refund. They confirmed that the battery should be compatible with my Sony PXW-X70 cameras, so it seems I was quite unlucky to be sent two duds, but I couldn't risk ordering a third.
