This item was purchased to replace a failed unit of the same Voltage and current specification on a Medion All In One PC. I realised from the picture and description on the Duracell website that I would probably have to replace the output plug with the one from the failed unit. This was easily achieved using an in line maims adaptor and the Medion PC is now working fine.
