I am awarding 5 stars for the absolutely super, friendly and understanding after-sale service I received from Duracell regarding problems I encountered with this order. Unfortunately the battery did not fit easily into my Pentax Eptio 85, it was a slightly tight squeeze and therefore difficult it get it out of the slot again. No fault of Duracell - turns out Pentax has designed their products to accept ONLY genuine Pentax replacement re-chargeable batteries - so please bear this in mind when ordering because you can no longer send Lithium batteries by post nor by courier except under special circumstances. It is now illegal. In this case Duracell very efficiently organised their own collection from me direct. Another ***** award from me for that.
