The Battery was exactly as expected. It was a direct replacement for the failing battery in my laptop. I am not at all surprised that I got exactly what I wanted, that's what I expect from a professional organisation.

It took about 20 minutes to fit, and so far it seems to be on par with the original fitted battery. A useful leaflet comes with the battery explaining that you should charge and discharge twice on first use, plus a few other bits of advice on caring for the battery.
