I have no complaints whatsoever in regards to my order for the Main Battery Pack 14.8V 3350mAh from Duracell Direct. The item fit the laptop perfectly. As of the last time it was fully charged, approximately four times now since delivery, it has performed as expected and described.

Excellent replacement laptop battery

Does what it's supposed to do, all well.

Fitted into 5-6 year old laptop with not problems and is more powerful that the original. Did the full charge three times as advised letting it run down each time and it works perfectly! Would buy again without hesitation and recommend wholeheartedly !

Good product...not like cheap one i previously purchased from a Chinese business.

This Duracell replacement fitted my HP laptop without any problem and looks no different to the original once in place. It actually has an increased capacity to the original and once it was put through a few charge/discharge cycles as per the instructions, performs really well.

Fast deilivery and 5 star perfomance. 2 hours longer life for my HP pavilion laptop.

Very poor experience of this product. Can't believe it was a new battery: it only lasted 3-4 hrs after full recharge. Not acceptable for a lap top battery. It did fit and installation instructions were easy to follow. Duracell refunded the purchase price after trying a replacement battery first.
