Quality item that fits perfectly with good but simple instructions

I have a 10 year old Dell laptop which worked well but had a battery/charging problem. The original battery had been changed before, but only charged to 78%, then 28%, then 9%, which meant it always needed to be plugged in. As I wanted to avoid buying a new laptop (due to the cost and environmental reasons) I found and bought the Duracell battery. I followed the instructions about charging and discharging the battery. Now my laptop has 100% charge. I'm very happy with the product and the service. It has saved me a lot of money. Highly recommended.

Too soon to rate long term but it holds a longer charge than previous cheaper batteries

I have a fairly elderly DELL laptop. I could not find an official replacement and chanced upon the Duracell website. After a quick search, I found a suitable replacement. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Ordered this from Duracell, as unable to locate battery of size and capacity from manufactures Great battery, fitted and charged ok.

This Dell laptop battery is quite hard to obtain. It is very easy to buy an inferior product but the Duracell lasts 9 hours on a single charge. I can recommend it..

Very good battery and for a better price than original Dell one. I couldn't actually find an high capacity one of this type from Dell at all. Can always trust the Duracell name too so I was confident with the purchase.

appears to retain charge

I've only had this product for a few days but so far I have no complaints. It's too soon to comment on durability and reliability.
