Arrived on time and working well. Excellent service.

I needed a replacement battery pack for my HP laptop. I had considered ordering from HP, but came across the Duracell website during my search. The battery pack was quite a lot cheaper and from a brand which is known worldwide. Instructions for initial charge of the powerpack were again very straightforward and my laptop is now functioning very well without being tethered to the mains power supply. Thanks to everyone at Duracell Direct.

I have bought several batteries, over the years, always good value for money and very good products. there have been batteries for SLR cameras and laptops. I recently bought a replacement battery for my laptop - which the manufacturer could not supply, saying my laptop model was obsolete. So instead of buying a new laptop from HP, I bought a new battery from Duracell, laptop is working perfectly, much better value for money.

Battery Pack received in good condition as expected and installed without any problems. Very satisfied with the goods. Happy to recommend.

This was an incredible improvement on my last purchase from another company - perfect, easy, fit - great charge lasts for hours; even looks cool. Perfect for me. Definitely buy again. Breathed new life into my old laptop (nearly gave up on it). Thank you.

good buy and service

The battery pack operated correctly giving just under 4 hours of indicated power it seem to give about 3 hours. One locking latch on the lap top could not be secured, this is not a problem.
