All good. Conditioning advice is to install battery and do full charge/discharge cycle first 3 or 4 times and then partial discharge/recharge thereafter. Run time on new battery is 3 - 4 hours (was only a few minutes on old battery). Under daily use these batteries (Dell original and 2-Power replacements) last about three years before requiring replacement.
