I agonised whether to get an OE HP battery or to get a third party one for a while before ordering a 2-Power replacement battery. It came with a detailed guide on how to condition it to get the best from it and at the end of this process my laptop will run for over 7 hours. This is just switched on - not doing anything, but the old battery would not keep the laptop turned on for more that around 2 hours so I'm very pleased with my battery.

Battery connector is a marginal fit in the PC and took greater force to fit than the OEM battery previously fitted. Initially the diagnostic software did not recognise the presence of the battery. After following the comprehensive instructions for charging and conditioning the new battery this appears to be resolved. Capacity appears to be as stated as the operational time has been restored to the OEM published level.
